No water for two hours upon arrival!!! Missing kitchen equipment in the apartment!!! Paying attention to cleanliness is crucial!!! An extra hour for check-out would be beneficial!!!

The two-bedroom apartment had comfortable beds and appeared clean upon first glance, with fresh linen and towels provided during my stay.

The cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing, with cobwebs and ants noticeable in various corners. The bathroom required better maintenance, as the shower trickled instead of running smoothly, and general kitchen equipment felt outdated. Added to that, the lack of an elevator made hauling luggage up several flights of stairs a hassle. Additionally, the refrigerator struggled to cool and was practically an oven, which made storing food quite inconvenient.

I was in Nairobi for a short visit and spent two nights in a spacious two-bedroom apartment. The pool area was a highlight, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the Nairobi National Museum and the Nairobi Arboretum nearby. I also loved that it was close to vibrant spots like Privee Westlands, making it easy to enjoy the local scene. The overall atmosphere was relaxed, and I found the food to be quite tasty, especially the local dishes prepared by the chefs.

The location was fantastic, making it easy to access nearby supermarkets and dining options. I was particularly impressed with the exceptional hospitality from the front desk staff, who went out of their way to assist. However, although our room was well-equipped, it lacked some essential items in the kitchen that made meal prep less convenient. Additionally, the dining area felt a bit crowded during peak times, which detracted from the overall experience. Lastly, some amenities could benefit from more maintenance.
